How to use free external sharing large media to other apps for Telegram
Users can directly share large media items to Telegram from other apps – saving time and storage space. On iOS, you can follow the status of your upload with an animated progress bar.


  1. Open the Telegram app and go to the chat that contains the media you want to share.
  2. Tap on the media you want to share.
  3. Tap on the three dots in the top right corner of the screen.
  4. Tap on "Share".
  5. Select the app you want to share the media with.

If the media is too large to be shared directly, Telegram will create a link to the media that you can share with other apps.
